Public entity and Elected Officials
We work alongside public entities on transition plan matters. If a plan needs to be created, modified, and/or updated, we can help.
We regularly work alongside federal and state elected officials to assist in drafting legislative reform on issues that deal with the Americans with Disabilities Act and/or the Unruh Act. We also regularly consult and provide guidance to lobbyist groups on ADA, Unruh, and Bureau of Automotive Repair reform, so that businesses can not only stay in California but thrive.
