Hotel
We assist hotels in becoming physically and virtually compliant with disability access regulations. Like when a hotel website is claimed to lack enough information so that a person with a disability cannot determine whether a hotel is accessible. We help companies defend against those claims. Or, when a complaint is made because the hotel did not set aside an accessible room, as requested. We train companies on how to ensure the correct policies and procedures are in place so that accommodations can adequately be made. We also work with a team of experts to ensure that your hotel’s property is compliant with current accessibility design regulations. If it isn’t, we walk companies through developing budgets and strategies on how to become as accessible as possible.
