Restaurant
We assist restaurants with all accessibility issues. Like when a person comes to your restaurant and they claim that they cannot use the restroom because their wheelchair cannot fit through the door. We work with a team of people who can provide solutions for barriers like this one and all other potential barriers. We regularly defend restaurants against drive-by lawsuits and assist companies in coming up with a plan to become accessible to the patrons they serve.
- Defends against claims relating to a restaurant’s built environment, such as lobby areas, dining rooms, parking, and restrooms.
- Defends against claims against restaurants’ websites for those who claim that the website does not meet the Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”).
- Provides consultation services to proactively update a restaurant’s built and digital environment to become accessible with current accessibility design codes, regulations and guidelines.
- Provides consultation services to restaurants to train employees on how to address issues that may arise when a person needs accommodation during their visits.
